The service goals are:
– supporting the Client in managing the life cycle of a project from the initial stages of participation in tenders, to the realization and delivery of the supply, to the definition and control of the operational, technical, economic, legal aspects and ensuring the compliance with the contract in its components of time, cost and quality of work.

Implemented also through with the following figures:
– the Development Surveyor is responsible for reporting any discrepancies in the execution of the works and / or possible critical issues on the part of the Contractor, compared to what is foreseen, monitoring the progress of the works and costs (SAL) and supervising the delivery of the properties (testing and closing works).
– the Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) monitors the implementation of financial-real estate restructuring and restructuring processes with the support of a team of advisors specialized in the financial, real estate and technical fields.
– the Value Engineering, through the analysis of the project, identifies the areas of improvement connected specifically to the functionality / time and costs ratio, with the aim of increasing the value, satisfying the performance requirements of the product at the lowest possible cost.
